Personal words from our managing directors Thore and Dorian:

The team is young and at heart and helps each other out at all times. Mutual respect and mutual assistance are not just words for us! Our team works in a highly coordinated, reliable, independent way — and yet together on various customer projects. We also do not have endless rounds of voting because we are a small, dynamic company. It is important to us that our team likes to work!

We also transfer this claim to our customers. You should enjoy working with us and not be annoyed, for example, by a lack of response. By helping ourselves, we can (almost) always guarantee this. This makes working together fun for our employees and our customers!

As managing directors, we are responsible for the framework conditions that enable a good working atmosphere, such as providing personal space, equipping workplaces with optimal technical equipment, flexible working hours, home office or team events, to name just a few examples.
