With the Baramundi Management Suite companies get a flexible, modular platform to manage all devices — whether classic PCs, laptops, mobile devices or even machine controls. All functions can be controlled centrally: from software distribution via patch management and operating system rollouts up to Mobile device management, backup, and security policies.
Initiated by the end-of-life of Ivanti DSM, we began the search for a suitable alternative. After all, DSM was highly appreciated for a long time, especially for its stability, speed, on-premise architecture, granular adjustment options and its German origin. The demands placed on a potential successor, which we recommend to our customers, were correspondingly high. In the end, there was hardly any way around baramundi — a solution that continues exactly these values, is future-proof and is actively developed. The suite also scores points with its intuitive interface, diverse automation functions and clear modularity. Companies can use exactly the functions they need — and expand them at any time as needed.
In addition to pure functionality, this is an important aspect for many customers: Baramundi meets the highest data protection and sovereignty requirements. The software is developed in Germany On-premises or hosted and maintained in Germany. There is no dependency on US cloud services — a clear advantage over other UEM solutions.
